3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to promptly update that information if it changes. peso999 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
3.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, peso999 is required to verify your identity under PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License) and a live selfie. peso999 may request additional documentation at any time.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP, or account access with any third party. peso999 will not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to peso999 support.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. peso999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods may change from time to time; current options are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit to your peso999 account is ₱100. No maximum deposit limit applies for Real Money Balances, although PAGCOR reporting thresholds apply to large transactions as required by law.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash or Maya are processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within two to four (2–4) business hours on banking days. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification.
4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your peso999 account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from any unlawful activity. peso999 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
4.5 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your verified peso999 account. peso999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.1 General. peso999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer and to these general Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in the Bonus Balance being forfeited.
5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per player. Attempting to claim the same promotion via multiple accounts or using shared GCash/Maya accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

6.2 Game Rules Precedence. Each game available on the peso999 platform is governed by its specific in-game rules. 10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, peso999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in your peso999 account at the time the claim arises.
10.2 peso999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the peso999 platform.
10.3 peso999 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access. peso999 will endeavour to minimise disruption and will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
peso999 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering for a peso999 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
peso999 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors (including GCash and Maya), KYC verification providers, PAGCOR, and law enforcement authorities as required by law or by our licensing obligations.
